adam littman
Adam is a dedicated music educator specializing in mentoring young beginners. As the founder of Austin Music Explorations, he is passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and supportive environment where children can build confidence, develop musical skills, and foster a lifelong love for music.
A proud graduate of the esteemed Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, where he earned a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies, Adam has been immersed in the world of music both as a performer and an educator since 2010. As an experienced performer in the Austin music scene—most notably leading his band, Mamahawk, and touring with the Grammy-nominated Black Pumas—he infuses lessons with creativity and real-world musical insight.
Adam’s teaching approach is centered on making music accessible and enjoyable for kids. He tailors each lesson to the student’s unique needs, ensuring that young learners stay motivated, engaged, and excited about their musical journey.
